New FREE Programme in Bromsgrove – Finding Freedom with Fibromyalgia
Please find attached a flyer outlining details of a new programme for those living with Fibromyalgia – Please help promote. The free classes take place at 11am on a Friday at Bromsgrove Sports and Leisure Centre and provide gentle movement, relaxation, and education on living with the condition. New – Tai Chi Class in Bromsgrove – Age UK BRWF A new Tai Chi class is being launched on Monday 2nd October at Catshill Village Hall (Golden Cross Lane, B61 0JZ). The group has been supported by the Social Prescribing Fund and will be run by local Tai Chi instructor Steve Taylor. The classes will be held on a Monday (11am-12pm) at a cost of £4 a session. New – Age UK BRWF Art Group (Bromsgrove) Age UK Bromsgrove, Redditch & Wyre Forest have launched a new Art Group in Bromsgrove. The group is led by local artist and Art Tutor Natasha Giles (who runs Age UK BRWF’s Redditch Art Group) and runs weekly on a Wednesday (10am-12pm) in the main Activities Hall in Amphlett Hall (Crown Close, Bromsgrove B61 8DW). IDC (Independent Design College) – Bromsgrove IDC are running a Mindful hand-stitch project from Bromsgrove Library on a Thursday, 1.30-3.30pm and a Mindful creative café, Tuesday-Friday 10.30am – 12.30pm at IDC 17 Worcester Road, Bromsgrove.
