Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service – Consultation The H&WFRS are currently preparing their strategic plan for 2025-30, known as the Community Risk Management Plan (CRMP), which will set out what they intend to do to manage and mitigate fire and rescue risks over the years to 2030. They are aware of the more obvious risks in terms of fire and rescue, but also want to make sure they are not missing any other important issues that may affect the communities they serve as well as those that may have an impact on the Service itself. To help to achieve this, they are seeking assistance from partner organisations and stakeholders to gain an insight into their areas of expertise and knowledge of potential risks and other factors. They have prepared a short questionnaire to assist in this, which highlights some of the areas where your input will be very valuable. You will find the link to the questionnaire here: https://forms.office.com/e/ywVbRWVK78 The questionnaire will be available until the closing date of 1 October 2023. If you have any queries or other comments, please contact us on Consultation@hwfire.org.uk
Staying Healthy in Worcestershire Survey The Public Health Team in Worcestershire County Council would like your views about what you think the priorities should be to help people stay healthy for longer. Please complete the short survey Staying Healthy in Worcestershire It takes just 5 minutes of your time and your views matter!
NHS – The Big Quality Conversation 2023-2024 Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust want to find out what matters most to people about their experiences in our hospitals. Their survey is for patients, carers, families and friends and they would like to encourage anyone who has experienced care at one of their hospitals in the last 12 months to share their feedback. The Big Quality Conversation is 100% anonymous and feedback will help improve services. The survey is to help them understand what the experience is like for people when they go into local hospitals. The results will directly inform their Quality Priorities. They would welcome views from as many people as possible and would like to ask if you can share the survey as widely as possible, please. The attached electronic poster can be shared digitally across your social networks, online platforms, and emails: the survey can be accessed via a QR code or clickable link and there is also a BSL video to support the local d/Deaf community to take part in our survey. Hard copies of the poster and paper surveys are also available. If any partners are holding an event or meeting that involves local groups and communities, especially those who are experiencing health inequalities – please get in touch with Email: anna.sterckx@nhs.net if you feel you could assist. The survey ends on 7th January 24.
Cost of Living Survey – closes midnight on 8 October As referred to at the start, please help promote the Bromsgrove and Redditch Cost of Living Surveys to help ensure partners are tailoring support as best they can locally.
