Speed limits notice
The Highways Authority at Worcestershire County Council has revoked all previous orders relating to speed limits on the roads listed below, and on 15 August 2024 made an Order the effect of which will be to impose 30 miles per hour Speed Limit on the following lengths of roads in Finstall: –
B4184 Alcester Road from its junction with B4184 Finstall Road and C2247 Alcester Road/Stratford Road for a distance of 480 metres in an easterly direction.
B4184 Finstall Road from its junction with B4184 Alcester Road and C2247 Alcester Road/Stratford Road in a generally south westerly direction to a point 21 metres south east of the centre line of the railway bridge.
C2247 Alcester Road/Stratford Road from its junction with U21389 Regents Park Road to its junction with B4184 Alcester Road/Finstall Road.
U22015 Heydon Road for its entire length.
U22017 Pikes Pool Lane from its junction with C2247 Alcester Road/Stratford Road for a distance of 25 metres in a northerly direction.
U22018 Penmanor for its entire length.
There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 5 September 2024.
