Keep positively healthy
‘Healthy Worcestershire’ is a programme, funded by Worcestershire Public Health and delivered by Solutions 4 Health, offering an integrated range of health improvement services in a way that brings people together and builds social connections. Weekly sessions are being run in local venues within the heart of communities. The aim will be to provide a positive experience for residents which supports the achievement of the best physical, mental, and social wellbeing possible.
New Sessions are launching in September in Bromsgrove and Redditch
The attachments provide details of NEW weekly Healthy Worcestershire sessions launching in September at:
- Catshill on Thursday 5th September 2-4pm at Catshill Village Hall in Bromsgrove; and
- Sandycroft Centre on Tuesday 10th September 10am-12pm in Redditch.
Sessions will run weekly and are free to join and cover topics such as: Improving strength and balance, supporting mental wellbeing, social activities and healthy eating. These new sessions are in addition to the weekly sessions at Abbeydale Community Club on Wednesdays 10am-12pm and Blackwell Community Hall on Mondays 2-4pm (except Bank Holidays).
